The office of Lynnette Allen, NP-C is conveniently located at 734 Walt Whitman Rd. Suite 101, Melville, NY  11747.  Just half a mile north of the Northern State Parkway exit 40 on Route 110. We are the green building diagonally across the street from McDonalds. There is plenty of free parking in the 70 car parking lot at the rear of the building.
